Oh September, the Romance begins

Every September the romance begins. . .
It's when my heart starts to sing in it's orchestrated fashion as the nights become cool and leaves begin to turn color. Here in the Midwest it is a welcome change from the heat of summer. It's when the Renaissance faire has ended and that in itself is a sweet sorrow. The parting of old friends as they travel to other places or back home for the winter months. The farms around me are getting ready for the harvest and as the fall equinox comes around it starts the festivities of our farming community.
Oh to dwell in such a wonderful place, I am filled with gratitude everyday for the wonder of this life and all the beauty around me.
This is also when I am working hardest at creating my primitive art for the fall and All Hallows Eve celebrations. I love Halloween Art. It makes me so happy to contribute to the vast supply of  pumpkin keep sakes and dolls as collectible treasure's for years to come.
I added a Paypal, Buy it Now button to my blog today and posted pictures of my two newest creations.

And talk about abundance,
I own such a huge collection of Halloween Deco that I am setting my living room up as a retail store and will host a Halloween Estate Sale this year in an attempt to lessen the load that I carry and store year after year. This is a time of clearing for me. To be able to move forward with less to move around and fill the garage with totes. I was truly amazed at the fact that none of the 26 totes that are filled with Halloween stuff where desecrated by mice or spiders. Talk about being blessed and watched over. Since I dwell in the woods at the tip of a farmers field. As I was sitting in my craft room, sewing tiny mice for the witch shoes last night, I could hear the little buggers running and playing in the ceiling above me as the farmers just cleared the last of the wheat from the fields this last week. Which creates yet another task, set before me for the season.

All in all it's a wonderful time of year and one that fills me with peace and contentment as I work and craft the hours away. . .
Enjoy the season  to it's fullest and take the time to enjoy your life. . .
 

Happy Hallows Eve, End of the Mayan Calendar, New Moon, New Start

Happy Hallows Eve Everyone,

The New Moon on the 26th brings in a new energy for us in this time. One of healing, forgiveness and unconditional love.

October 28th marks the end of the Mayan calendar. And of course. . .
Tis the Witches New Year on the Wheel of the year, October 31st, bringing us into the November 1st energy, The Day of the Dead or All Saint's Day, when we celebrate our ancestors and those who went before us.
Sometimes looking back is not always the easiest thing we can do when we are attempting to stay focused on moving forward in our lives. The past serves no purpose to us now as there is no way to change it but if we can learn and heal, then we are able to move our lives forward in a positive direction, leaving all those memories behind. Allowing the karma that brought us to this place to heal and through forgiveness we are able to let go and move on. This time of year is always the best time for this sort of clearing of the mind, soul and spirit. As we move into the winter and solstice, a quiet healing begins. . .thus pushing us forward, into the spring and renewal of growth. So relax and enjoy this time as we pass through a most needed sorting of the pasts gone by and start planning for our most wonderful futures.
Is there something in your life that recently ended? A relationship, job, long time habit that you were able to let go of? Have you allowed it to pass and become more comfortable with it? Allowing the healing to take place through forgiveness? Have you unattached yourself from it completely yet? Letting go of the emotions that surround it?


Let's take in a deep cleansing breath and ground ourselves. . .sit in a chair with your feet flat on the floor, hands rested gently on your lap. As you begin to take a deep breath, feel the light coming up from the floor beneath your feet, raising up through your legs, torso, up into your heart chakra. As you start your exhale, push the air out around you forming a circle of light, about arms length around you. . . 


Now on the second breath. . . nice and slow, taking in the light from the crystalline matrix above your head, filling your self with the white light, go deep as you wish and bring the light to your heart chakra. . . as you exhale again . . pushing the light out around you to form a circle of light as far out as you can reach. . .

On the third breath, we are going to bring in the light from both our feet, from deep within the earth and from the top of our heads, from the crystalline matrix above your head, and as we pull the air in, the two will meet at your heart chakra, holding that light for as long as you can, envision now , your wishes for the situation you are letting go of. . . exhale and surround yourself once again with a circle of light. . . and as you relax into the healing of the situation you are envisioning, tie a string around your wish or who ever it is this wish is intended for. Now imagine you are cutting the string that goes from you to them/or it. As you do, hold it in your hands, taking in the energy of forgiveness and then letting it go. You may even imagine yourself handing it out to the largest angel you can think of, giving it to the angel for safe keeping, allowing yourself the freedom from it as it is now in the care of the angels, giving you the opportunity to move forward on your path without any hurt or emotion towards it any longer. Completely unattached. . . 


Now take in one more deep breath, from both the top of your head and the bottoms of your feet and feel the cleansing of this light  as it passes through your entire being, as it meets at your heart chakra, now fill yourself with unconditional love . . . and on the exhale imagine yourself free at last from the pain and any discomfort this has caused you in the past, being pushed out of you and into the universe for total forgiveness. . . see it all float away with the angel. . .leaving you filled with peace and unconditional love. . . 

You can return to your environment anytime you wish. . . feeling cleansed, loved and knowing that the healing is complete as you move forward in your life. . .

What ever faith you are, matters not because you are you, free to celebrate whatever it is you believe in. . . most of all believe in yourself, you are a powerful energy and deserve the life of your dreams. . .
