Emotional Freedom Technique is a relatively new way to enhance your life through controlling your emotions. Sometimes we have hidden phobias and/or conditions that keep us from being the person we would like to be. For some people it appears as physical pain and we don't know what is wrong. It's difficult to go to the doctor and tell them that you are in pain when you can't even explain it to them where the pain is or where the discomfort originates from. Essentially they have two choices. To either put you through a battery of tests, which with limited insurance coverages, the tests are not completely covered, and are inconclusive as they can't find a reason for the pain or they prescribe an anxiety medication since it appears to be fear based. And most of the time it is anxiety and fear based but the last thing we need is to be put on more drugs. This is where EFT makes a huge difference in ones life. As a Hypnotherapist, I have found that many holistic healers are using EFT in their programs these days. EFT makes a big difference in these peoples lives. Where there is fear, it is replaced by tapping away the fear with EFT. Away with the fear, away with the pain.
This procedure has been used with great success when used on veterans with PTSD, children of alcoholics, people with social anxiety, depression, undiagnosed physical pain and many other disorders. A death that you never were able to deal with when someone you cared for passed over, guilt, unresolved fears from loosing a job or abandoned by a loved one. This stimulation to your meridian points has proven itself over and over again, countless times and yet it is still overlooked by most as a solution to ongoing problems that can't seem to be dealt with in the western medical traditions. New Moon Solar Eclipse in Aquarius

The New Moon Solar Eclipse in Aquarius tonight at 11:55pm PST. This conjunction of the Sun and Moon in innovative Aquarius is a powerful solar eclipse that offers an exciting new vision of the future. Normally, eclipses are associated with loss, and we can expect some outmoded organizations, ideals and friendships to be put to rest. However, opportunistic Jupiter’s conjunction with the New Moon in this progressive sign offers hope through fresh thinking. Recognizing a more comprehensive pattern of connections among people, processes and groups can reveal resources and relationships to rebuild our communities and ourselves. A few lucky people in the Indian Ocean will be treated to a rare event on Monday when an annular solar eclipse will transform the Sun into a dark disc with a blazing ring-shaped corona around its rim.

In solar eclipses, the Moon moves between the Sun and Earth, casting its shadow on the terrestrial surface.

In an annular eclipse, a tiny shift in distance that results from celestial mechanics means the Moon does not completely cover the Sun's face, as it does in a total eclipse.

Instead, for those directly under the alignment, the Moon covers most of the Sun's surface, and a ring-like crown of solar light blazes from the edge of the disk.

For those watching from the fringe of the track, the Sun is partially obscured, as if a bite has been taken out of it.

According to veteran NASA eclipse-watcher Fred Espenak, the total eclipse track will run from west to east on Monday from 0606 GMT to 0952 GMT.

It will traverse the Indian Ocean and western Indonesia before petering out just short of Mindanao, the Philippines.

The partial eclipse will be seen in a much wider swathe, including the southern third of Africa, Madagascar, Australia, Southeast India, Southeast Asia and Indonesia.

It will be the only annular solar eclipse this year. The last was on 7 February, 2007, and after Monday, the next one will be on 15 January, 2010.

The big event for eclipse junkies this year is on July 22, when a total solar eclipse will be visible from India and China, the world's two most populous countries.

Essential Pleasure Inc. is open and up and running.
Even though the weather has been cold and the snow is falling our shop has been busy with not only on lookers but buyers as well.
We are still in transition selling the last owners stuff as well as our own but we are making our own brands of soap, both natural and magical along with some other goodies on the metaphysical side. Herbs, oils and other natural substances have a long history of use in magick. Their natural energies have been experimented with for so many centuries that those who practice magickal art know almost intuitively what plants correspond best with energies of what magickal need. Always remember that the magick is not in the herb or the scent of the oil but in you, as you set your intention for it to be so. The herb acts as the catalyst to help you focus your energy and because it contains sympathetic energy, it helps you to channel that energy toward it's goal. In some cases the scent of the herb is alone, all that is needed and will provide the trigger for the magick. In our culture it is referred to as Aromatherapy. Aroma magick is created each time you use a particular scent or scent blend for a spell. For instance lavender promotes relaxation and calmness, jasmine is seductive, lemon is invigorating and so on. This is the basis for some really strong magick. The slightest whiff of sandalwood oil mentally transports me back to my earliest times of magick. As a whole we don't even realize that it is magickal if our mindset is not that of being magickal. People all over the world create magick everyday and don't realize the connection. Aromatherapy has proven it self as a very powerful tool and brings about natural healing through the senses aligning you with the universe to be in the flow. When we are in tune with our higher selves we are happy and heal.
You all know that I do healing Chakra meditations, well we are developing a soap for that purpose. It helps you to align your chakras. This soap will stimulate, open, cleanse and balance the chakras from root to crown.
So in moving towards that direction we are working on magickal soaps, bath salts, lotions, shampoos, hair conditioners, scrubs and soaks to mention a few.
We are looking forward to all our new productions and getting things under way. . .

Happy New 2009

Happy New Year "2009"
I bring to you happy wishes and tidings of joy for the new year of 2009.
A little update on what we can expect this year from a spiritual standpoint. 2009 will be a time of great change in the universe. There will be a birthing, per say, in the shifts of consciousness from the old beliefs into the new vibrations coming into our reality. Beginning in March through June, many will move to accommodate their shift in vibration to places with a vibrational match. People will migrate to places where the vortexes are opening and drawing them closer to those geographical areas to cause a unity in vibration and pulling people together in order to increase those needed vibrations for healing and transition. For some, it is a time of going home as their work here has ended, their karma healed and they choose to go home. For many the shift is causing physical signs as well. An overall not feeling well, almost like morning sickness, upset stomach, headaches, nausea, being tired, low motivation making you want to just sleep. Know that this is in accordance to the earths alignment and repair of itself. People who have been living in isolation will move or be moved where there vibrations are crucial to the combined effort towards this concentrated vibration and then there lives will move more smoothly, they will be happy and in tune with life when they are relocated and they will struggle less to overcome daily anxieties. So the message here is to go with the flow, allow it to take you where you need to be. This is an 11 vibrational year, which has not happened since 1901 & then again in 1910, so the last 100 years have been out of vibration and now is the time to move forward full circle and enjoy all the healing and burning off of karma. We are no longer in the Christ Martyr experience and it is time to move into the Christ Victorious era where the earth and all of it's inhabitants will share in the victory and vibration of all our hard work as lighworkers as the Polarity is now completed. We move from being Lightworkers as we have successfully healed and processed the energies and will soon move to being the Lightbearers. Knowing that we are the light, the beacons that shall light the way for all to come and finally heal or leave the planet. The lower energies are being squeezed out, the birthing of light, they will either have to transcend or go home. This squeezing will be a painful process as so many of us have already been through it and as we come into our power the elements of past, present, future will start to melt away and we will be in the now, continuum, when the third dimension will start to blend and the energies will begin to show through. The calendar year will start to feel as though they are passing very fast but your reality will actually begin to slow down as you start to see your manifestations come into form. This is a time when you must focus your energies on what you truly want as they will start to appear at a rapid pace and if you have wasted your time on focusing on the things in your life that you did not want, you will see them in your life as more chaos, thus wasting your precious time in manifesting more of what you don't want in your life. It's time to raise your vibration, live in the knowing that you are a being of light and are capable of being happy and that you have everything you have asked for. Live in the moment, the now and allow yourself to dream big because it's coming to you now as you read this blog. Lift yourself up from the dogma of what you have always thought was reality and come into the light where you are with God and the Goddess and take responsibility for your God given rights and powers.
