December Full Moon 2014

The year is almost over and today is the full moon so remember to lite some candles, sit down in a comfortable place, close your eyes and allow your self to relax. Set your intentions on the things you want to leave your life now. Abolish the negative energies that have been surrounding you, or put something into your past where it belongs so that you are able to start the new year fresh, leaving behind all the things you do not care to bring into 2015.
A little advise on manifesting. . . move your self from wanting  and move your wants into the present tense where you are grateful for the new house you have your eye on, see and feel yourself driving that new car, tell yourself you are independently wealthy. Leave yourself room to receive and feel the joy and gratitude of having your dreams come true.

until next time, many blessings

Thanksgiving 2014

Thanksgiving 2014
Time to Give Thanks for the wonder in your life. . .
Is it your reality to Give Thanks only one day a year?
Traditionally it's a day that family and close friends, loved ones gather together to share a meal and we are grateful to have these people in our lives and eat the traditional Turkey/Ham dinner, both in some households.
But is that the only day of the year that you sit back to relax & dwell on the things that you are grateful for? I actually know some people like that.
I am grateful and live in gratitude every single day of my life. It is part of my daily ritual per say, to reflect on my day and to be grateful for every encounter I had that day. Some days there are only a few things I could actually say thank you for the ____ in my life but even the difficult things should be acknowledged as there is a silver lining in every dark cloud. Dark clouds help us to realize on a daily basis how much wonder there is to be seen through our eyes, the windows to our souls. Everyday is yet another day to learn and grow and we should always be grateful cause it could have always been worse. When I lay down at night and count my blessings I always acknowledge everything and everyone, good, bad or indifferent and know that even in the slightest way that it made a difference in my life.
I like to slam Monsanto on my Facebook page. But in turn I am thankful that I can slam them and that even if one person read one of the posts that maybe I got through to just one person, I have accomplished a good deed for the day. To contribute to and spread the word on the poisons being feed to the people of America, if I can change one persons mind about eating organic and taking care of their families as we were intended to live, free from chemicals, then I did a good thing. I am blessed for the opportunity to be allowed to speak my beliefs and concerns for others and for that I am grateful.
We are all blessed and could use a little more gratitude in our lives so share it this holiday season, let the people you love know that you are grateful for their presence in your life and enjoy this wonderful day Thanksgiving.
I've added a link to the bottom of my page for Black Friday specials at Amazon so check them out for holiday gift giving made easy
Thank you for being part of my little world
Many blessings. . .
With Gratitude,

Penny

GMO'S and Celiac Disease

Celiac disease -- also known as celiac sprue or gluten-sensitive enteropathy -- is a digestive and autoimmune disorder that results in damage to the lining of the small intestine when foods with gluten are eaten. Gluten is a form of protein found in some grains. The damage to the intestine makes it hard for the body to absorb nutrients, especially fat, calcium, iron, and folate.

I made an omelet last night with red peppers and onions that my room mate grew in his garden.
Not paying attention to the fact that he did not plant Organic Vegetable plants, it stupidly used them. Today all I can taste are the trace chemicals that lined the beautiful walls of what looked like wholesome plant life and I'm sick to my stomach.

Do I have to tell you that the indigestion that I suffered from this omelet was almost more than I could bear. Luckily I had some Ginger & Lemon Kombutcha to drink to ease the discomfort but the bottom line is that because I trusted our government like all Americans have, I ended up having to live my life in pain and discomfort as my digestive system can no longer process the pesticides in the GMO vegetables.

You see it's not just about gluten in the wheat any more. Wheat has been so genetically altered  and broken down that the body can no longer tolerate and process the poisons any longer.

I have been posting Kill Monsanto on facebook so much that my friends are starting to disown me as they just will not see the damage that this stuff is doing to our families. Baby formula, something you trust is safe for your newborn child is being made with GMO soy and other products which cause not only celiac but cancer. When will the people of America wake up and begin to fight back. Maybe after they stop their high intake of fluoride and bottled water. I could go on here forever but please do a service for yourself and your families. Get off of the commercially grown food and start sourcing organic food and grass feed meat for your regular diets before it's too late for you as well

With that being said. . .
many blessings to you

Serendipity The Magic Around you

Serendipity is a word used as in no coincidence to the magic of this lifetime. Every time it happens to me a little bell rings softly in my head and as I keep watch as the moments pass the magic begins to reveal itself to me. It's a wonderful life, the movie pops into my head as I reminisce about the angel that came forth to save the day.
The magic fills the air like poetry fills my mind and I enjoy the beauty of my past gone by. Even the hard times conditioned me to be right where I am right now and although I would rather be living in another place I am filled with the gratitude of knowing that this to shall pass.
I continue to notice the beauty and the magic around me like a child in wonder and fully give notice to the littlest things that make me joyful for those are the stepping stones of the marrow. I will be joyfully grateful for everything around me gifted in knowing that I am truly blessed.
Enjoy this autumn season to it's fullest and watch as the magic unfolds right in front of your eyes.

See you there . . .

Practical Magic in our Simple Lives

It's days like today when I am completely in tune with the simple magic in my life. A baby squirl wandering up to me in the front yard because he is scared of the traffic speeding by on the road outside the house. Just looking for a safe place to hide away. The birds at the feeder patiently waiting for the others to finish so they can get a little seed too. Watching the world go by as I enjoy my morning coffee watching the leaves starting to turn color as the Fall Equinox is tomorrow, the New Moon the day after that. Moving into the season of my favorite craft I have All Hallows Eve items for sale in both my ETSY shop and EBAY. Life in itself has been good. I have been crafting, listening to music, visiting a few fall time fairs & festivals and brewing kombucha, putting up apples and just really enjoying this time of year for a change.

Full Moon, Harvest Moon and Kombucha Tea

Ok, I agree that the full moon, harvest moon and Kombucha tea have nothing in common except for the harvesting of some fruits that I wanted to use to make my next batch of Kombucha Tea I am including a link here, to Cutures for Health as this site is awesome for learning about how to make Fermented Foods so, if you are interested in a new hobby which will increase your digestion and overall good health, visit them, I am certain this will take you by surprise.

http://www.culturesforhealth.com/make-kombucha#kombucha_equipment_ingredients

I started making Kombucha after I had surgery as my diet had changed drastically due to my inability to process the food I ate. I tried probiotics and it was an unsuccessful venture as I was paying upwards of $50.00 per bottle per month. Still I suffered with not being able to get my gal bladder and stomach to cooperate with the eating of meals and I was all vegan at that time. So I purchased a bottle of Kombucha at the health food store for $3.59 for a 16 oz bottle. It was not only delicious but I had no problems with my stomach since then. Being so expensive to buy I began brewing Kombucha myself which made it remarkably affordable. It's a simple method and fun to watch the scoby grow.  The scoby is the mushroom like fermentation disc that grows during the fermentation process & it is what causes your Kombucha the ferment. It is packed with vitamins, enzymes and digestion aids.
Our society has become so inundated with the fast food industry that even if you have a poor diet, Kombucha can make a big difference in how your body processes all those processed foods.

Summer Solstice June 21st

The summer solstice is today or if you live in Australia then it's the first day of winter. Where ever you dwell may it be a wonderful day for you. The Solstice holds the energy of the longest day here in the northern hemisphere and with the new moon  just a couple of days off, I have been spending my time exercising my imagination and being creative with my life ahead of me. Setting intentions for the developments I would like to see manifest in my life. The first step in this process is Thinking! Think about, dream about and allow your creativity to flow towards how you would like to see your self in the future. Whether it be in a new home, car, job or maybe a relationship? A new career, change in life style to improve your health. Quitting a bad habit is always a great place to start too.
So sit back, close your eyes and go to your special place where the colors swirl and the peacefulness is abundant. Do your grounding meditation and Picture yourself where you really would like to be and set your intentions to make this real for yourself. The Universe works on the method of supply & demand just like everything else so just know that you can have what ever you picture for yourself and then start to move toward it. Seeing yourself in this picture is very important and oh, getting off the couch and going after your dream really helps too.
I have made manifest so many things this year and while I was moving towards my goal some other things happened that were a little unpleasant but I understand that some things must come to an end so that the new is able to move in. One door closes so another can open per say. So while you are manifesting to become something else in your life don't get to upset if the old moves out of the way. At that point you just need to see the energy movement and trust in the Universe that everything is about the divine timing of the process. I am thrilled to be a part of this movement and ultimately know that no matter what, everything will come about just as I had created it. The unexpected parts are a real part of the adventure. And I love a good adventure and can't wait to see this one through.
So come on, get busy and move some energy of your own

Till next time

Have you Met Your" Worry Angel"?

I have been working with Angel's for many years now. Last night I joined a renowned Angel Guide by the name of Kate Large. Maybe you have heard of her, she publishes a news letter on Angel Readings that she does from her website named Spiritual Whispers, she also sends out daily inspirations called Soul Kisses. Kate is running a free 5 Day Mini Vacation that you may sign up for at http://clicks.aweber.com/y/ct/?l=7SKAA&m=3fnmavb3wQbnken&b=mQFDbyvC0iBvCxQBnbeT2w
Last night during the grounding meditation we met our Worry Angel. Lloyd presented himself to me before the meditation began so I had a head start of knowing who he was before we got started. This was a wonderful experience for me and it just goes to show me how the work I do outside my home (as a Restaurant Manager) has taken me so far from my path of working with Angelic Energy. He helped me to understand the trap I have lived in for the last five years, being away from the strength and guidance of the Angelic realm, opening a whole new or old way of looking at my world for me.
I have made a commitment to Lloyd, that I will not see him unemployed, keeping him close to me while I go through yet another life changing experience knowing that I will be free of worry because that's his job, to handle all and anything I might worry about. You see Worry serves no purpose in our lives except to take up precious time. Ask yourself, what has worrying ever done for you? Did it get you to were you wanted to be? Did it make things move along more quickly? And in the end, did you manifest what you worried about?  Exactly!
So you need to give your worries to your Worry Angel and live your life filled with joy and expectation. Expect miracles everyday and they will show up. I write them down everyday so that I keep myself aware of the miracles so when I ask for something that I need or want. How about a miracle Journal. I have been doing 30 Days to Miracles for a few years and it always amazes me that the Angels manage to bring me everything I ask for. Some things take a little longer depending on the size as it takes me longer to align my vibration to match what I am asking for.
Anyway, visit Kate, I am certain you will learn something wonderful from her.

till next time. . .

Boredom is a Sign that You"re Ready for a change of vibes

Everyday Miracles surround me and I feel so protected.  I had posted an article about Mercury going Retrograde yesterday. Feeling uncertain about some decisions I had made, asking the Universe and my Angles for confirmation that I had done the right thing. Paging through the emails I had not read in the last couple of days I came across this one from Jennifer Hoffman,

Enjoy. . . I certainly did

Boredom is a sign You're Ready for a New Vibe
Have you been bored lately, feeling out of sorts, unmotivated, and maybe even a little stuck? Do you have a lot of things to do but don’t feel like doing any of them? I used to think that being bored meant having nothing to do, so if I had things to do and I was bored, it meant that I was being irresponsible or lazy. But that is not what boredom means. It is a sign that there is an energetic misalignment between the life we are on and new paths, opportunities, and potentials that our soul trying to open our awareness to. Boredom is a tug of war between the mind and the spirit, an invitation to find another way to ‘be’, instead of finding something else to do. (Why you’re seeing a photo of my bathroom is explained at the end of the article).I did not include the picture in transfer of the article
Our needs change over time and we feel stuck and frustrated because the energy that is creating the path that we are on is not giving us the results we want. The energy we have used to create our current reality will only fuel that reality. If we want to create something else, we need to use different energy. We have been taught that boredom is a sign of laziness or lack of motivation but I think that boredom is one way our soul shows us that it’s time to stretch our awareness and let new things become possible for our life. To do that, we have to bring in the energy that will empower a new reality, to break our own rules about who we are, who we can be, what we are capable of, and what we can be aligned with.
When we’re bored we have to resist the temptation to do something and let our boredom clue us into what is no longer satisfying or fulfilling us. When we’re bored we think that something is wrong with us because we think that busy, productive people are never bored with what they are doing. But we all get bored with our life circumstances at some point and then try to convince ourselves that we should be happy with whatever is in front of us, and make the best of it, no matter how we really feel about it. The relationship that doesn’t work is, after all, better than no relationship at all. The job that we dread going to every day is better than being unemployed. The life routine we have is fulfilling some purpose, even if we get up every day wondering whether this is all there is to life and living. We have been taught to be grateful for what we have but that does not include not wanting something else.
It isn’t a sign of ingratitude, selfishness, incompetence, or even a lack of appreciation to look at our life and decide that we aren’t happy with it, it doesn’t satisfy or fulfill us, or it’s boring. Our next step is what’s important. Do we decide we could have done better, that everything we have done until this moment is wrong, we don’t have what it takes to make changes, or we have been misguided or misled in chasing a path of fulfillment that wasn’t fulfilling? Or do we recognize boredom as a sign that we have ‘run out of energy road’ on that path and it’s time to change the direction, meaning, and purpose of our life? Remember that energy powers the path we’re currently  on, and to empower a new path in a fulfilling way, we have to use new energy. Otherwise, we’re trying to create change without changing anything. And recognizing when we’re bored is the first step on that journey because this acknowledges that we’re also ready to open ourselves up to new potentials.
We don’t have to know why we’re bored, it’s enough to acknowledge that we are not happy, which is our next step. When we try to pretend we’re happy when we are really not, we are trying to convince ourselves that we are fulfilled when that is not true. So take a good look at your life and see what you aren’t happy with. Then, with that list in front of you, ask yourself what you want to change. And, get ready to break some rules that dictate how you live your life and what you are capable of, to step into high vibe, more fulfilling, joyful living, and bring in new energy to make those changes possible.
Here are five signs that you are bored with your life and it’s time to raise your vibes:
1. You dread doing certain things, or maybe everything, because it feels like it’s too much work or you know you won’t like the result.
2. What once made you happy doesn’t bring you as much joy any more, or maybe even no joy at all.
3. You have a hard time forcing yourself to do the things you feel you ‘should’ be doing, even if you keep telling yourself you should do them because they’re important.
4. You find that you are missing appointments, forgetting commitments, arriving late and wanting to leave early, or finding excuses to avoid doing things.
5. You are ready to take off and leave it all behind and even if you know you won’t do that, it’s something you think about.
Maybe you can add a few more things to your own list and that’s OK, boredom is just a sign that the energy you have been using to empower your life just isn’t working for you because you are ready for something different. So acknowledge your boredom with gratitude and set some new goals, create a new purpose for your life, dust off a few dreams, and create a new life vibe to allow the changes you need and want to happen. To get a new life you have to create a new vibe, a vibration and frequency that will support the changes you want to make. You can’t empower change with the energy you have been using to create the life you have right now and your boredom is a sign that you are ready to explore new avenues for your life path, to live on purpose, in a new purpose, and expand into new potentials and possibilities.
When I get bored I have to do something creative and I love to paint. The photo is of my bathroom, whose walls were formerly a light silvery gray color, which I have never really liked. So I painted the walls a rich, dark brown, with a dark teal accent wall, which I had thought about for several years but I thought the colors would be too dark for the small room, but it looks great. And every time I walk into the room the new color makes me smile and that raises my vibe. What can you do today to raise your vibe?
Are you ready for profound, expansive, joyful transformation? Then it’s time to raise your vibes. Join me in a new 21 Day Raise your Vibes adventure. Click here to learn more and to sign up for this program, we will start on June 24, 2014

Mercury Retrgrade June 7th

Mercury went retrograde on June 7th and as in my last post, the winds of change have been blowing, now I am uncertain if I made the right choices at that point.
My whole world has done a 360 degree turn and with Mercury going retro I sit here and wonder if I made the best choices for my future.
You know how sometimes things just get going in the wrong direction, not with in the plans you had originally intended to see come about in your life? And all of a sudden you feel like you were tricked into something you would have never done in the way it all happened. Don't get me wrong, I totally trust the Universe when it comes to my well being and ability to move forward with a better plan for me. Mercury retrograde had made me second guess myself. So I am taking an on line seminar with Bob Proctor, who is a master manifestor and he will share his knowledge for absolutely free on how to change your mind set but you must sign up fast as this course starts June 9th, which is tomorrow. So join me and click this link to get on board with a man who knows how to make it all happen.

Winds of Change are Blowing Again

The winds of change continue to blow. It has been six full months since I left the farm in Bristol Wisconsin. I can not say that it has been a delightful experience in any sense of the word. I miss Wisconsin terribly as living in Illinois is very hard on my eco system, if you are able to understand the flow of energy and how it effects you on a soul level. Each and every day is a challenge with the traffic, noise and feel of the vibrations coming from the earth. I have had a difficult time adjusting to it. My job has been very taxing to say the least, demanding long hard hours at the restaurant, waiting tables, cooking, cleaning attempting to keep up with the flow of business, the menu changes, training of the staff and trying to hire enough people to cover schedules. I have come to the end of this road.

I am taking back my power and how I see myself as a person (or being of light) and not just a manager for a company that only cares about the bottom line so that the corporate people can live their lives while I continue to sacrifice mine. I am ecstatic to announce it is Officially Over. I Quit!

I have accepted a position with the Bristol Renaissance Fair, working part time in the office and I will continue to sell leather masks & magical wands at Eyes in Disguise, during the season of fair which opens  on July 12th, the week end after 4th of July.

I have been gifted with the ability to manifest things pretty quickly (except for the winning lottery numbers that is) and have seen things I only thought about days prior come into full fruitarian of physical form right in front of me. Everything falling into place so that I may live the life I had only dreamed for, which is to work the Bristol Faire and afford to spend my time being a primitive artist, learning to live a vegan & holistic lifestyle, making healthy all natural soaps and helping others on their journey through this maze of negativity. I keep reminding myself that I must be very careful what I think about as Thoughts Do Become Things. I trust that I have been placed here for a very good reason and even though I had the opportunity to move to a beautiful apartment that I had the pleasure of viewing just after I moved in December, I passed it up as it appears that the planets were in alignment for me to go forward with my dream.

So here I stand, feeling as though I am ready to take flight off the end of a cliff, trusting that I will not fall. That things will come to pass as I see myself being a successful artist and living my life out in joy filled with grace and ease. Enjoying what I love most, the Bristol Faire & Primitive art. So I quit my job and I am beginning this fabulous journey that I intend on sharing with you along the way and joining my best friend Vicki @ Oakridge Primitives once again

Many blessings to you. . .

Oh yeah, I would still love to be a Philanthropist in the near future, which has always been my ultimate dream. . .LOL

Published in the May 2014 Prims Magazine

DO I have to tell you that I am totally delighted to have been published this month
May 2014 Edition of Prim Magazine.
Oh my goodness!
I am thrilled to tears and just so honored for the invitation and publication of my work

I have been creating characters for many years, that which I sell either at craft shows, on my ETSY shop, Cranes Nest Creations and also seasonally on ebay.
I love Prim Magazine and have paged through this publication so many times in the past issues, excited for these artists, admiring their work and wondering if I could ever become good enough to be published.
You know how you just feel that you could never become as good as those artists that you see in magazines. I fear we all harbor too much insecurity! Until that one foggy day that I received an email invitation to submit my Uncle Sam Crow Knodder to the magazine for publication..
I had no idea what this entailed so called my Dear friend and asked her if she knew anything about this and to lend me some advise. She warned me of some scams that she had received of late so of course I took her advise and filed the email. A few weeks had past and I received yet another email, guiding me to submit this piece for publication again, so I started to do some homework on the issue.
After communicating with the publisher, who was very kind and most helpful in guiding me through the process of submission I sent off the requested piece and documents along with the return postage as they would return the piece to me.
Do I have to tell you what a wonderful day that was? Me, of all people I thought! Someone who creates because I love to be in that place of total absorption, Me, who thinks everyone else's work is so beautiful! Me who doesn't give myself the credit I deserve, even though I sure sell a pant load of stuff during the fall and winter months on ebay and my feedback is outstanding. Maybe it's just that I have been creating for so long that I have become numb to the compliments from all those wonderful people whom I assume are just being ever so kind.
What ever the reason that things unfold and happen in their own divine timing, I am most grateful and hold much appreciation for what I love to do in my spare time. It is truly a gift and I am so blessed
I thank you Prim Magazine for the opportunity to be published and to the wonderful editor that guided me like a guardian angel through the process.
I hope you get a chance to pick up a copy as there are many lovely creatures in the pages of this  Americana addition of Prims Magazine. The link on the left side will take you to Stampington & Company so you may order a copy or enjoy their many other publications.

for now, many blessings and enjoy. . .

January Chill -2

The January chill continues here in southeast Wisconsin and Northern Illinois but at least we have not had the amount of snowfall that Indiana and Michigan are up against. The temperatures are below 0 and I'm afraid my creativity is frozen along with it. I have dreamy images of lemon/poppy seed soap floating through my head along with some bunny dolls but it is hard to get moving in this cold weather. I am hoping that the new moon on January 31st begins a new in all aspects of creativity and motivation alike.
It's almost February and the hearts are starting to fill the store shelves in the local area shopping plazas. Love is in the air but I'm dreaming of bunnies and eggs already. Too funny how some things keep passing by. . . so we'll have to see what becomes of it in the Prim Community as spring gets a little closer everyday.
I'm working on manifesting some warmth for us all . .
For now stay warm and out of the elements unless you must travel
till next time

January, Oh January

January 2014 and it's full wolf moon has brought about many endings and as the new moon approaches I can only look forward to new beginnings.

I received an invitation to submit my artwork for Prim Magazine back in November. The submission for my Uncle Sam Crow knodder was accepted by Stampington & Co. and is scheduled for the May 2014 publication.

I moved during the month of December 2013 and getting myself settled here has been difficult to say the least. I have had  to adjust in many ways and actually still attempting to do so, I feel this is going to take some time. With new surroundings in a more traffic heavy place and a room mate to share space with my creativity is non-existent since most of my belongings are in boxes, crowding and cluttering up my mojo. I have space to create but no space (mentally) to create. My every move is monitored by the essence of another human energy.

I have lived alone since the parting of ways with my husband, for the last 10 years, free to do what ever, when ever I chose, making as much racket as I wished. I lived in remote areas of Wisconsin where the creatures are free range and there are few people or traffic of any kind, let alone someone in the same dwelling. This is a challenge since I am gainfully employed and work a rotating schedule outside of the home. My room mate is retired and watches tv during his waking hours or putzing around the yard, removing snow from the driveway, etc. but always stepping into the room to talk to me. It's kinda like having a two year old since he is not at all accustomed to computers, sewing machines, cell phones or any modern day gadgets, so you can imagine how these conversations go. It makes the ablitiy to focus slim to non

Then there's work, my schedule starts out on a mid shift 11-9pm the 6am-whenever, 7-5, 2pm-12:30am , 2-12:30 off ,off with a consistent flow of phone calls and text messages when I am not there and it pays $43,000 before taxes and insurance which doesn't leave much to live on let alone save anything or pay off medical bills from last year.  The spinning of wheels is how my life feels these days and I am really hoping that by time the new moon is upon us that things are going to change for the better.
I'll keep meditating to bring some kind of quiet to myself. Focus first. . . of course I am manifesting a clearer future where I may have the mental space I need to carry on with the things I love, a peacefulness in my environment and time to craft & create, oh and finally unpack my belongings. . .
till next time, watch for my published work in Prim Magazine in May 2014
